Eliminating True Breathing obstacles

In the beginning of the practice to restore functions and eliminate obstacles in the respiratory system. Removing barriers means loosening existing physical and internal blocks, caused by our routine activity.
During the restorative process, it is important to eliminate congestion in the mind, stomach, lungs — parts that are involved in the breathing process. Removing the barriers that prevent us from mastering the turtle breathing technique, would help us to advance further on this path.
